  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • to 10 hot dogs - 8 item
  • cans chili without beans - 2 1/2
  • to 10 frozen tortillas - 8 item

How to make mexican hot dogs:

Cook tortillas in water according to package. Combine next 3 ingredients. Place a hot dog in each tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons chili mix. Roll tortillas around hot dogs. Arrange seam side down in baking dish. Combine remaining chili mixture and tomato sauce; pour over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese when pulling out of oven.
