Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- green pepper, diced - 1 Tbsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium zucchini - 3 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 6 oz
- pepper and salt to taste - 1 item
- cooked macaroni - 2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Brown hamburger; drain grease. Cook macaroni according to box directions. Peel zucchini and slice into 1-inch cubes or slices.Combine hamburger, macaroni, zucchini and onion; place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Top with cheese, after dicing into small cubes. Add tomato sauce, spices, green pepper, garlic salt and water. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
