Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- frozen spinach, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- cornbread stuffing, put through blender - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Mix together and form into balls using 1/3 cup measuring cup. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and freeze. Place in plastic bag and store until ready for use. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. You may put a thick slice of tomato underneath before baking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
