- potatoes - 1/4 lb
- asparagus - 1 lb
- small leeks - 2 item
- large pat of butter - 1 item
How to make cream of asparagus soup:
Peel the asparagus stalks and cut them into little pieces, reserving a few whole tips for garnish. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. They thicken and bind the soup.
