  • cold milk - 1 c
  • cream - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • potatoes - 1/4 lb
  • asparagus - 1 lb
  • small leeks - 2 item
  • large pat of butter - 1 item

How to make cream of asparagus soup:

Peel the asparagus stalks and cut them into little pieces, reserving a few whole tips for garnish. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. They thicken and bind the soup. Peel and wash the leeks, slice them crosswise and saute them gently in butter
