Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
  • carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 2 lb

How to make marinated carrots:

Cook carrots 10 minutes after they start to boil. They should be firm. Combine all ingredients and pour over carrots. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
