Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots 10 minutes after they start to boil. They should be firm. Combine all ingredients and pour over carrots. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
