  • flour - 3/4 c

  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • box 10x sugar - 1 item

How to make pumpkin roll cake:

Beat eggs at high speed with mixer. Beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well. Spread into greased and floured jelly pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Turn out onto towel with 10x sugar on it. Put 10x sugar on top of cake. Roll towel and cake up. Let cool and unroll. Spread with filling and roll.Filling For Pumpkin Roll Cake:1 Tbsp. margarine1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1 c. 10x sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla In bowl, mix with mixer until creamy. Spread on pumpkin roll cake.
