Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- sliced carrots, cooked - 5 c
- medium onion, sliced in rounds - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced in rounds - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Drain carrots and cool. Mix with green peppers and onions. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 12 hours or more. Will keep in refrigerator at least 2 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
