Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- pkg
- 1 c - 1/2 pt
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dairy sour cream
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)1/2 pt. (1 c.) cottage cheese4 eggs2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. flour1 Tbsp. lemon juice2/3 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt Topping:1/2 pt. dairy sour cream1/3 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla Butter a spring-form pan. Mix all ingredients for crust and press into bottom and up a little on sides; set aside.For the filling, add all the ingredients and cream well with a mixer. Pour easily into the crust. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until firm.
While cake is baking, mix the ingredients for the topping. When cake is done, easily pour the topping on top of the cake and bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Remove from spring-form pan. May top with Comstock cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
