Butterscotch dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- milk - 3 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- walnuts optional - 1/2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- instant butterscotch pudding - 2 pkg
How to make butterscotch dessert:
Crust: Mix and grind 50 Ritz crackers, 4 tablespoons sugar, walnuts and melted margarine. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate.Filling: Mix softened cream cheese and 10x sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on crust and refrigerate.
Mix butterscotch pudding with milk. Pour over mixture. Refrigerate until pudding is set. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with Bits 'O Brickle. Refrigerate. Make the day before. Serves 12.
