- bunch collard greens, remove stems and wash - 1 item
How to make collard greens:
Boil ham hocks for about 15 minutes. Then add collards. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high. Salt and pepper to taste.P.S. You can also use this same recipe to cook you up a mess of turnip greens.
