Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix - 1 c
  • onion, chopped and sauteed in oleo - 1 item
  • water or broccoli broth - 1/4 c
  • fresh or frozen broccoli remove leaves and tough stalks, cut in flowerets and wash well - 2 lb

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli in small amount of salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and coarsely chop. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350° oven until brown.
