Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix - 1 c
- onion, chopped and sauteed in oleo - 1 item
- water or broccoli broth - 1/4 c
- fresh or frozen broccoli remove leaves and tough stalks, cut in flowerets and wash well - 2 lb
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli in small amount of salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and coarsely chop. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350° oven until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
