Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- potatoes - 4 5
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
How to make holiday potato casserole:
Boil potatoes. Cool. Shred potatoes. Add 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Cover with corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
