Cauliflower supreme
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 1/3 c
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth or milk - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese your choice - 1 c
- large head cauliflower, cut into flowerets - 1 item
- can cream soup cheese, celery, mushroom or onion - 1 item
How to make cauliflower supreme:
In covered 10-inch skillet with 1 inch boiling water, cook cauliflower until tender-crisp. Drain. In same skillet, place butter and heat. Add pepper and mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in soup and liquid. Mix well. Add cheese and pimento. Return cauliflower to skillet and heat through.
