Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together next 6 ingredients and spoon over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
