Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- grated sharp cheese - 12 oz
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together. Reserve a little of the cheese. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
