Cream of potato soup



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- cream cheese, cubed - 1 (8
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- dash of lemon juice - 1 item
- parboiled potatoes, cubed - 4 c
How to make cream of potato soup:
Saute onions in butter. Add milk and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour. Top with bacon bits and Cheddar cheese.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Bisques/cream soups.
