Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- sharp cheese - 1 lb
- can green chilies - 1 item
How to make mexican fudge:
Grease 8 x 8-inch square pan. Grate cheese. Place half of cheese on bottom of pan. Drain can of chilies, reserving the liquid. Dice the chilies small and sprinkle over the one layer of cheese.
