Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- cans evaporated milk - 2 item
- chopped meat or vegetables - 1 2
- chicken or beef broth - 2 3
How to make cream of anything soup:
Make a roux of butter and flour, add milk and make a thick white sauce. If cheese is wanted, add it here and whisk to melt. Mix in meat or vegetables and stir until smooth.
