Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- chicken broth - 2 3
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- cabbage - 1 c
- celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
- chicken breasts or whole chicken, cooked - 3 item
- can peas or fresh peas - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and diced - 2 item
- onion small - 1 item
- carrots, cut up - 2 item
- large can or jar stewed tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chicken stew:
Cook in crock-pot or on stove; simmer for 1 hour. The last 5 minutes add macaroni or rice to thicken. You can put anything you like or have leftover in it. The more veggies, the better.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
