  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • green peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • fajita meat - 3 lb
  • bag fajita seasoning - 1 (3
  • bottle lime juice - 1 oz
  • 1/2 onions, chopped - 1 item
  • jar picante sauce - 1 oz

How to make fajita pot roast:

Marinate fajita meat in fajita seasoning and lime juice for at least 1 hour. Put roast in roasting pan with the onions, green peppers and celery. Pour over top the picante sauce. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Cut in strips and serve with flour tortillas.
