  • flour - 1/2 c
  • cans evaporated milk - 2 1/2
  • cheese optional - 1 item
  • chopped meat or vegetables - 1 2
  • broth - 2 3

How to make cream of anything soup:

Make a roux of butter and flour; add milk and make a thick white sauce. If cheese is used, add here and whisk to melt. Mix in leftover cooked vegetables or meat; stir until smooth. Add broth to desired consistency. Season to taste.
