Ingredients/Components
- salad dressing - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- elbow macaroni - 1/2 lb
- salad greens - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 2 item
- green pepper, minced - 1 Tbsp
- green peas, cooked - 1 c
- cucumber, diced - 1 item
- can tuna fish - 1 oz
- sprigs of parsley - 1 item
How to make tuna-macaroni salad:
Cook the macaroni according to directions on package. Rinse in cold water and cool. Toss macaroni and the remaining ingredients slightly, except the salad greens and parsley. Blend mixture well, but avoid making the salad drippy. Place on salad greens and garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Side dish.
