  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • crackers, crumbled - 1/4 lb

How to make crab cakes:

Crumble crackers. Pour milk over crackers; let stand 10 minutes. Beat 2 eggs with salt, pepper and parsley. Mix lightly with two forks. Add crab meat; mix lightly through and through. Make patties. Fry in oil 1/4-inch deep on medium heat, browning on each side.
