- egg white - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- can tuna in water, drained - 1 item
- dash of pepper optional - 1 item
- fat-free cereal corn flakes - 1 c
How to make fish cakes:
