  • eggs - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • Mrs - 2 Tbsp
  • crab meat - 2 lb
  • parsley fresh or dried - 2 Tbsp
  • celery, chopped very fine - 1 c
  • Town House Keebler Club crackers, smashed - 1/4 lb

How to make crab cakes:

Mix the first 5 ingredients well. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise and eggs. Add to meat mixture. Broil until brown, turning once to brown on both sides.
