Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Mrs - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat - 2 lb
- parsley fresh or dried - 2 Tbsp
- celery, chopped very fine - 1 c
- Town House Keebler Club crackers, smashed - 1/4 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix the first 5 ingredients well. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise and eggs. Add to meat mixture. Broil until brown, turning once to brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
