Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- crab meat - 1 lb
- slices bread, moistened - 4 item
How to make mom's crab cakes:
Mix ingredients. Shape into round cakes. Either fry in oil or brown in butter. Let crab cakes chill in refrigerator for several hours before frying. Can also brown in oven for 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Seafood.
