Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- whipping cream - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- oysters - 1 pt
How to make oyster dressing:
Melt margarine; mix with cracker crumbs. Drain oysters through strainer; save juice. Wash oysters. Layer 1/3 crumbs in baking dish, then 1/3 oysters; alternate until all used but a few cracker crumbs.
