Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- mustard - 2 tsp
- bread crumbs
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- beef
- pork - 1/2 lb
How to make creole meat loaf:
Mix all ingredients together except the chili sauce which you spread on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: American, Southern u.s., Creole.
