Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • crackers, crushed - 20 item
  • ground beef or part pork - 1 to
  • bacon strip - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Add milk and continue mixing until a loaf shape can be made that will hold together. Place in a loaf pan and top with bacon strip. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
