Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- hard-cooked eggs - 3 item
- flour heaping - 1 Tbsp
- celery leaves, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- buns, broken - 6 item
- Sauce:1/4 lb
- mustard mix - 2 tsp
How to make crab cakes:
Mix together.Sauce:1/4 lb. butter or oleo1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)2 eggs, well beaten2 Tbsp. mayonnaise2 tsp. mustard mix Mix together. Pour over first mixture. Form into cakes. Dip in egg and milk mixture and bread crumbs. Cook in deep cooker in oil until golden brown at 400°.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
