Ingredients/Components
- egg white - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- can crabmeat - 1 oz
- Melba rounds - 1 item
How to make crabmeat puffs:
Beat egg white in small bowl. Add seasonings and fold in crabmeat. Pile on Melba toast rounds. Sprinkle with paprika and place on cookie sheet. When ready to serve, place under broiler 3 minutes or until puffy and light brown. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Seafood.
