  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Worcestershire - 1 tsp
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • shrimp - 2 lb
  • small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
  • cooking sherry - 1/2 c
  • to 3 cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item

How to make shrimp creole:

Fry onion, garlic and green pepper. Add rest of ingredients, except shrimp. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add shrimp; heat 15 more minutes. Serve over rice with toasted French bread.
