Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- shrimp - 2 lb
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1/2 c
- to 3 cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Fry onion, garlic and green pepper. Add rest of ingredients, except shrimp. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add shrimp; heat 15 more minutes. Serve over rice with toasted French bread.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
