Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- 12 oz - 2 pkgs
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- cups Corn Chex - 5 item
- cups Cheerios - 5 item
- cups salted peanuts - 2 item
How to make white chocolate party mix:
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil on Med-High for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on High for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto three waxed paper lined baking sheets. Cool. Break apart. Store in an airtight container.
