- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- 12 oz
- brown sugar, packed - 2 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- biscuit mix - 2 c
- ground allspice - 1 tsp
- solid pack pumpkin - 1/2 c
How to make pumpkin pancakes:
In a large bowl combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour onto heated and lightly oiled griddle. Serve with syrup or honey.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Barbecue.
