- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 4 item
- egg whites - 4 item
- 12 oz - 3 c
- 4 oz - 1/2 c
- 10 oz
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Place diced chillies in bottom of 12 x 7 x 2-inch greased baking dish. Layer 2 cheeses on top of chillies. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Beat egg yolks, milk and flour together. Fold in egg whites. Pour over chillies and cheese layer. Let stand 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
