Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- chopped green pepper - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make turkey burgers:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and fry or broil as you would hamburgers. Spray frypan or broiler pan with Pam. Fry or broil for 5 minutes. If you do not like well done, decrease cooking time.Optional: Brush with barbecue sauce and serve on buns.
