Baked mustard chicken
Ingredients/Components
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 4 item
- spicy brown mustard Dijon - 1/4 c
- Italian flavored bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- water or white wine - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
How to make baked mustard chicken:
Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs. Place in a baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken and pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serves 2 or 4.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
