Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground turkey breast
- reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make turkey burgers:
In a large bowl, combine the turkey breast with cheese; add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 6 patties. Place burgers in skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear.You might want to cook in meat loaf pan with catsup over the top.
