Barbecue sloppy joes
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef or ground chuck - 2 lb
- catsup
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- horseradish - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- chili powder
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make barbecue sloppy joes:
Brown ground beef or chuck with onion. Put meat mixture in crock-pot. Mix all the other ingredients together and add to meat mixture. Simmer in crock-pot 2 to 3 hours or longer if desired. Serve on buns.Note: You can also simmer on top of stove.
