Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- plain yogurt - 1/4 c
- onion - 1/2 item
- medium yellow squash - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cut up squash. Chop onion. Cook until tender. Mash mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Top with additional grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
