Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 lb
- fresh squash - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender; drain. Add margarine and mash. Mix rest of ingredients to squash mix and pour into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, if desired, and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
