Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- yellow squash, sliced - 3 lb
- large onion, chopped or sliced - 1 item
- herb seasoned dressing - 1 pkg
- small jar pimento, minced - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Combine soup and sour cream. Add squash, onion, water chestnuts, pimento, salt and pepper. Mix margarine and dressing; add 1/2 to other ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
