• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• pecans - 1 c
• grated unpeeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350° in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
