Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- onion soup - 1 pkg
- raw carrot, grated - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mash squash. Add onion soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and cream of chicken soup. Butter casserole, sprinkle layer of crumbs on bottom of casserole. Add squash mixture and generous dots of butter on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
