Ingredients/Components
- squash - 2 3
- onion - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- sharp cheese - 1 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Combine cooked squash and all ingredients, except crackers and butter. Put into buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Chop 1/3 stick butter on top of crackers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
