  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • grated carrot - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • cooked squash - 4 c
  • stuffing mix seasoned - 1/2 pkg

How to make squash casserole:

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top with stuffing mix. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
