Squash casserole



  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
  • raw carrot, grated - 1 item
  • yellow squash, sliced, boiled and drained - 3 c

How to make squash casserole:

Saute onion in butter. Add soup, squash, sour cream, carrot, salt and pepper. Put in buttered casserole dish. Layer squash and bread crumbs twice. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
