Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- to 5 small zucchini squash, sliced thin - 4 item
How to make zucchini parmesan:
Mix small amount of flour, salt and pepper. Roll zucchini slices in flour mixture. Brown lightly on one side. Turn and brown the other side. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
