Zucchini parmesan

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 item
• margarine - 2 Tbsp
• Parmesan cheese - 1 item
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• to 5 small zucchini squash, sliced thin - 4 item

How to make zucchini parmesan:

Mix small amount of flour, salt and pepper. Roll zucchini slices in flour mixture. Brown lightly on one side. Turn and brown the other side. Sprinkle with cheese.
