Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix margarine and herb stuffing. Reserve approximately 1/2 the mixture. Mix rest of mixture and all other ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with reserved herb mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
