Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except stuffing and butter. Line casserole dish with stuffing. Pour in squash mixture. Sprinkle with more herb stuffing; dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
